Gift Vouchers – Terms and Conditions
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refund following purchase.
- The purchase of a Gift Voucher will specify the product or service for which the gift voucher can be used, i.e. a hawk walk.
- The recipient of a gift voucher must book their product or service in advance by emailing email@example.com or calling us on 087-055 2313 and citing the reference number on the rear of the voucher.
- If the receiver of the gift voucher wishes to use the voucher for a different product or service, it shall be at the discretion of Kingdom Falconry to transfer the gift voucher for another product or service, i.e. a family pass to a flying display. However, please note that if the value of the transferred product or service is less than the original value, the recipient or purchaser will not be entitled to any refund or cash payment.
- Any gift vouchers for the ‘real falconry experience’ (hunting with a hawk or falcon) are subject to the hunting season and the time of year (autumn/winter).
